The Great Breakroom Debate—Is our overtime being logged correctly?

Hi everyone,

We had a pretty heated discussion at the warehouse today regarding the new shift rotations and how they affect our final paychecks at the end of the month.

A few of the guys are convinced that the manual logbook in the manager's office isn't capturing the late finishes correctly, especially on busy holiday weekends.

To settle the confusion for myself, I went home and used a tool to calcular horas extras and verify my last three paystubs against my personal notes.

It is vital to ensure that every minute worked is actually accounted for. Is it helpful to calcular horas extras?
