To check your SASSA SRD grant status, you’ll need to do a proper sassa status check using your ID number and the phone number you used when applying. After submitting, your result will show. “Approved” means you’ll get a payment date, “pending” means they’re still reviewing, and “declined” means you weren’t approved but you can appeal. You don’t have to check every day; once a week is enough. Just make sure you’re using the official SASSA site and not a fake one pretending to offer the same service.
