Finding Good Clothing Manufacturers Suppliers

Hey, Has anyone here worked with good clothing manufacturers suppliers? I’ve been trying to find one but it’s a bit confusing. Some look good at first, but then quality or communication becomes an issue. Would appreciate any advice or suggestions.
