Once you reach the Plastanium tier, simply relying on a Hagga Basin base isn’t enough. You’ll need to venture into the Deep Desert for vital resources like Titanium, Stravidium Mass, and Spice Sand. This region splits the map into PvE and PvP zones and adds a thrilling yet challenging layer to your gameplay Dune Awakening Solari.

Deep Desert’s mixed PvP/PvE environment means your base location choice must balance accessibility and safety. Since the PvP half is high risk, the advice is to claim base territory in the PvE half (rows A to E on the map grid) to avoid constant raiding during sandstorms or player ambushes.

An exciting benefit of building in Deep Desert is the halved building cost—meaning you spend fewer resources on construction materials like Granite or Plastone. This makes setting up refineries and storage facilities in the deep region an efficient way to manage your heavy resources. With your Deep Desert base, you can refine heavier raw materials into lighter components before hauling them back to Hagga Basin, saving time and risk.

Make the most out of large-capacity vehicles like the Assault Ornithopter for resource transport between your bases. Its 1000-volume storage will drastically cut down resource hauling trips compared to smaller transport options.

Key tip: Weekly Coriolis Storm events wipe Deep Desert bases and all contents inside, so plan resource transfers back to Hagga Basin several hours before the storm hits. This ensures you won’t lose your hard-earned materials and can rebuild immediately after the wipe Dune Awakening Items.
