Abu Dhabi day trip between dive trips — worth it?

Planning a Dubai diving trip and thinking of adding the Abu Dhabi day trip on a rest day — Grand Mosque, Corniche, Emirates Palace, Heritage Village. Anyone here done it between dive days? Found their Abu Dhabi city tour — looks like an easy full-day run from Dubai with pickup included.
